About Me
Dr. Dianna sees therapy as a lifestyle. We are all meant to grow and evolve. As an intergenerational trauma specialist, she guides her clients to become archeologists of their past, uncovering the missing pieces to help them become whole again. In this journey, no stones are left unturned. Beyond traditional talk therapy, she views healing as a whole mind-body-spirit experience. She brings in her wisdom as a yoga teacher to help clients get in touch with their body’s intelligence. Her treatment modalities includes Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Pesso Boyden Psychomotor Systems (PBSB), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Brainspotting, Hakomi Somatic Psychology, and many more.
Most importantly, she provides therapy that is made with love. She holds each of her clients with warmth and compassion. Her heart-centered style allows her to appreciate her clients as they are. She honors her clients at every part of their journey and creates treatment plans that are specifically tailored to their needs. Therapy can feel deep and reveling, while being fun and lighthearted.
She loves to work with most individuals and couples. She especially loves working with mothers, healers, therapists, nurses, and those in the caring fields. She also loves to work with artists, writers, and soul seekers who help further their creations.
